Tension Tracker Privacy Policy

In short: Tension Tracker keeps everything on your device. It has no internet permission and makes no network connections, so nothing you record is ever sent to us or to anyone else. We do not collect, receive, store, or share any of your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter is stored only in the app’s private storage on your own device. This includes:

Your tension entries — the time of each entry, a tension level from 0 to 100, and an optional short cause you type.
Your list of previously used causes.
App preferences (for example, whether you have seen the first-run introduction).

This information never leaves your device through the app. We operate no servers for Tension Tracker and have no way to see, access, or retrieve what you record.

Data we collect about you

None. The app does not collect or transmit any personal data. It requests no internet access, contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not create an account or profile. Because we receive no data, we cannot sell or share it.

Permissions

Tension Tracker does not request the Internet permission and makes no network calls. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files. Any future features that need a permission will ask you at the time and are described here before release.

Backups and exports

Android’s automatic cloud backup is disabled for this app, so your entries are not copied to Google’s servers by the operating system. If a future version offers an export or backup feature, it will be started by you and the resulting file stays entirely under your control.

Your control over your data

Your data lives with the app on your device. Uninstalling Tension Tracker permanently removes it.
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side.

Children

Tension Tracker is not directed at children, and in any case collects no data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address before or alongside the corresponding app update.
